The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a bright living room with a kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (sleeping up to four people), a bathroom, and a lovely veranda. Altogether, it measures around 70 square metres — plenty of space to relax and feel at home.

You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a TV, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine for your exclusive use, a microwave, and a kettle. In the garden, there’s also a shared barbecue area, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors.

Parking is available on the property, subject to availability. There’s also free public parking nearby.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with plates, glasses, cups, saucers, and cookware. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, or you’re welcome to bring your own — whichever you prefer.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., and check-out should be completed by 11:00 a.m.
