The Posada area is home to several beautiful beaches. Coming from Tanaunella, which lies just a little further north, you’ll first reach a long stretch of coastline with three main access points. The first one you’ll come across is Orvile, where you’ll also find a lovely pine forest. Continuing south, you’ll reach the Iscraios entrance, and finally, right in front of the charming village of Posada, there’s the access to Su Tiriarzu.
This long, sweeping beach is known for its deep seabed, which drops off quite quickly close to the shore. The beaches are usually quiet, especially around the central Iscraios area, and the view of the medieval village of Posada perched on the hill is absolutely stunning. There’s paid parking available near each access point. From our apartments in Tanaunella, you can reach these beaches by car in about 10 minutes or a little more.
Heading further south, just past Posada, you’ll find the small San Giovanni Beach, where you can admire an ancient Aragonese tower and a tiny seaside chapel — a truly picturesque spot.
